GRACO PROMIX 2KE

Introducing the ProMix 2KE entry-level Electronic Proportioning System.  This is the newest line from Graco, which is designed to make mixing 2K paints easy and consistent. The ProMix 2KE features an all stainless steel fluid path and intuitive and easy-to-learn operator controls.  You can select a system that has built-in pumps, which can be configured to work with any spray technology, or a meter-based system in either single or three colors.  All ProMix 2KE systems come standard with automatic timed flushing of both the resin and catalyst sides.

Available in pump and metered versions for all spray technologies, ProMix 2KE makes plural component finishing EASY.

Designed for multi-color, two component, in-booth applications.

 
 

ITW GEMA OPTICENTER

The Opticenter is based on the Magic Center technology but with less automation and more manual involvement. The color change process can be completed with a single operator in less than 10 minutes and return the powder in process to the original container, which is exclusive to Gema and a very real cost savings.

First of all, OptiCenter is convincing in terms of its functional properties.

Short suction tubes, new injectors, and optimized pneumatic connections ensure a higher powder flow rate with less air consumption, resulting in reduced wear and tear. The overall design allows extremely quick color change. No separate tools are required, and all functions are integrated into the system. The compact design forms an ideal basis to integrate gun, axis and booth control. ITW Gema supplies the OptiCenter with a controlled powder loop and process. This enables extremely economical powder usage and leads to outstanding coating results.
